2. Provider’s/User’s Application Form

3. Service Payment

A receipt or any other payment document confirming payment for the service.

4. Additional Permits
If Required
When transferring resources outside the Republic of Belarus, the following may be required: a permit from the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, or the consent of the traditional knowledge holder.
5-6. Permit & Certificate
The ABS NCC obtains a permit from the Ministry of Natural Resources. An Internationally Recognized Certificate is generated by the ABS Clearing-House.
