Global Capacity-Building Workshop on Operationalizing Access and Benefit-Sharing National Frameworks under the Nagoya Protocol
The Lead Software Engineer of the National Coordination Centre on Access to Genetic Resources and Benefit-sharing, the Institute of Genetics and Cytology, NAS of Belarus, Ms. Irina Dubinina, upon recommendation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus, took part in the Global Capacity-Building Workshop on Operationalizing Access and Benefit-Sharing National Frameworks under the Nagoya Protocol. The workshop was organized by the Secretariat of the UN Convention on Biological Diversity and the ABS Clearing-House and was hosted from 30 September to 3 October in Bonn, Germany.
