1. Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge Transfer Agreement

Concluded between the Provider and the foreign User. It contains objectives, characteristics, and benefit-sharing terms.

2. Provider Application

Application form to provide genetic resources.
3. Service Payment

Receipt or other payment document confirming payment for the service.
4. Additional Permits
If Required
When transferring resources outside the Republic of Belarus, the following may be required: a permit from the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, or the consent of the traditional knowledge holder.
5-6. Permit and Certificate
The ABS NCC obtains a permit from the Ministry of Natural Resources. An Internationally Recognized Certificate is generated by the ABS Clearing-House.
