Responsibilities:
- Administrative and scientific support for applications on access to genetic resources;
- Liaison with state administration authorities, external organizations, and the public on issues falling under the competence of the National Coordination Centre.

Ensures the activities of the Centre in accordance with:
- Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 235 dated May 22, 2014;
- Law “On Handling Genetic Resources” No. 356-3 dated March 5, 2024;
- Resolution of the Presidium of the NAS of Belarus No. 36 dated October 14, 2024;
- Implementation of the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and Benefit-Sharing.

Functions:
- Translating, editing, and proofreading scientific, legal, and business materials (documentation, correspondence, articles, legislation, contracts, website content);
- Interpreting at meetings, negotiations, and workshops with foreign partners;
- Office administration functions.
Irina Dubinina

Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR).
Responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining, and advancing software (web-application) for the collection and systematization of information on genetic resources (GRs);
- Supporting the interactive database to facilitate liaison between GRs providers and users, ensuring monitoring by Competent National Authorities;
- Maintaining the website of the National Coordination Centre;
- Compiling, selecting, and editing materials for publications.
Alexander Trofimov
Software Engineer
Details
Education:
- Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (Faculty of Information Security);
- Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus (Second Higher Education, current);
- Tinkoff Academy (Backend Development course).
Activity:
Specialist in Full-stack development and system administration. Engaged in the automation of information processes, development of web resources, support of the Centre’s IT infrastructure, and implementation of modern digital solutions.
